• Manage & Monitor Network.
• Arranging Zoom Meeting / Video Conference and presentation
• Installation of E-Office on employee’s pc
• Installation of different software, Windows and printers.
• Identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Prepare an accurate and timely reports. Provide network support to the employees.
• Managing overall network of organization.
• Managing record i.e LLD ,HLD Work flow diagrams of networks .
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including Account setup and network configuration.
• Talk employees through a series of actions, either via phone, until they’ve solved a technical issue properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to employees.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Follow up with employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Prepare accurate and timely report.
• Prepare Timesheet of DTSA Staff
• Also manage Leaves record of DTSA
• Maintain jovial relationships with employees

Monitoring Network (PRTG, NCE,CRM)
 Layer 2 and Layer 3 Troubleshooting of NTC Intranet
Circuits.
 Provide support of or on call on email etc.
 Managing record i.e. LLD HLD Workflow diagrams etc.
 Deployments of new Circuits.
 The day-to-day tasks i-e ticket handling etc.
 Research and identify solutions to software and hardware
issues.
 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including
Account setup and network configuration.
